1. General

This Policy sets out how 9WAVE processes and protects the personal data of individuals (“Data Subjects”) who submit inquiries through forms on the 9WAVE website. By submitting a form and confirming consent, the Data Subject accepts the terms of this Policy.

2. What data is processed

We process the data a Data Subject voluntarily provides in the inquiry form: name, email address, phone number, company name, message, and the CRM system in use. Submitting the form may also record technical data: page URL, UTM parameters, and the date/time of submission.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed to respond to the inquiry, to run an initial consultation/audit, to prepare a proposal, and for related communication.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the Data Subject’s consent, given by checking the corresponding box when submitting the form. Which data-protection law applies depends on the Data Subject’s and the Operator’s jurisdiction and will be separately confirmed by counsel — this section is not a final legal determination of applicable law.

5. Processing and storage

Processing takes place with and without automated means. To receive and store inquiries, the Operator may engage third-party intake services and CRM systems under confidentiality terms. The Operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access.

6. Disclosure to third parties

The Operator does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, other than processors engaged for the purposes stated above, and cases expressly required by applicable law.

7. Retention

Data is retained until the processing purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

8. Data Subject rights

A Data Subject may request information about how their data is processed, request correction, restriction, or deletion, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact the Operator at hello@9wave.io or via the contact details listed on the site.

9. Withdrawing consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to the Operator. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data unless another legal basis for retention applies.

10. Changes to this policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with its last-updated date.
